DIN: New Crypto Data Infrastructure for Decentralized AI
1. DIN Overview
DIN (Data Intelligence Network) is a data infrastructure project designed to develop AI Agent protocols and decentralized AI applications (dAI-App). The goal of DIN is to provide high-quality data that has been meticulously filtered and standardized, supporting the training of AI models and the development of AI applications. DIN operates a network of Chipper Nodes, decentralized data-processing nodes that play a crucial role in ensuring transparency and decentralization in the data processing process.
Users can contribute data to the network and receive rewards in the form of DIN tokens, creating a sustainable loop where participants both contribute and benefit from the ecosystem. The project will rebrand to DIN in May 2024, reflecting its future direction and focus.
2. DIN Infrastructure
DIN utilizes a four-layer blockchain architecture, with each layer playing a key role in ensuring the system’s efficiency and security:
2.1 Consensus Layer:
Built on the OP Stack, this layer inherits security mechanisms from the BNB Chain, ensuring transparency and security for all transactions within the system.
2.2 Data Layer:
Responsible for processing both on-chain and off-chain data, this layer caters to the needs of training and decision-making for AI Agents. Chipper Nodes are central to this layer, ensuring data is properly filtered and standardized.
2.3 Service Layer:
Provides tools for building and deploying AI Agents, integrating technologies such as LLMOps for monitoring and optimizing AI models’ performance.
2.4 Application Layer:
Hosts dApps like Analytix, Reiki, and xData, enabling users to create dashboards and analyze on-chain data from various sources.
3. DIN Products
3.1 Chipper Node:
Chipper Nodes are specialized network nodes that validate and process data. They perform tasks such as cleaning data, contextual classification, and enriching raw data. Users can operate Chipper Nodes to secure the DIN network and earn rewards.
3.2 xData:
xData is an extension tool that allows users to collect data from various online sources. This data is securely stored on the DIN blockchain, and users earn Wafer points for contributing, which can be exchanged for future DIN token airdrops.
